[33cl bottle, 5.2% abv. The label says: brewed and bottled under license by Brouwerij Strubbe] Clear, golden colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Smells like a typical German Export: moderately sweet and strawy pale malty nose with a touch of sour dough and grassy hops. Light-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderately carbonated mouthfeel. Strawy malty and doughy taste with grassy hops and metal. Totally bland but somewhat drinkable brew with a cheesy marketing concept [19.I.09].

Bottle, 5.2%. Vinous and spicy aroma. Clear dark brown colour. Bad metal flavour, like all beers from the crappy Haus der 131 Biere.

33 cL bottle. Pours dark brown to redish with a small tan head. Dry malty and slight spiced aroma. Acidic and malty flavoured, light roasted flavoured with a distinct metallic note and bitterness showing through. Ends dry and metallic. Vague fruity note. Way to metallic for my liking.

330ml bottle (5.2% ABV) from Böhle Feinkost, downtown Vienna. Straw. Filmy white layer. Light hints of grass to the nose. Rather flavourless - a touch of malt and some sweetness can be detected. Lively carbonated and foamy mouthfeel. Missing xmas spirit (02.12.2007).
