12oz can-trade with heemer77-rich tan head that dissipates-mahogany. A-sweet cocoa/molasses-med malt. T-cocoa/molasses-med malt, biting character front to midpalate. As it fades, some ashy comes in.

12oz can-trade with heemer77-tight white-hazy yellow. A-pineapple. T-pineapple/orange hop with some bite, 2nd sweet lt/med malt. Nice, but the hops clash/or theres a slight astringency, cant tell which.

Tap @ Thunderhead. Pours a deep brown appearance with a disappearing brown head. Light caramel, a bit fruity, toasty malty aroma. Somewhat burnt toffee, herbal, a touch woody flavor. Low carbonation and a bit thin. My least favorite during my visit to Thunderhead.

Tap @ Thunderhead. Pours a clear dark red brown appearance with a lasting tan head. A touch smoky, dark candy sugar, fig, burnt toffee aroma. Charred toffee, mild chocolate, brown sugar flavor. Kind of interesting but a bit strange.
