Bottled. Pale hazy golden colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is banana, some wheat, yeast, mild herbal notes as well as some toffeeish and citrusy notes. Flavour is being rather similar in a very nice balance. Quite a good body for being 4.7 %.

Hazy golden color; persistent perlage; compact head. Light malt and hop aroma, quite nice. The mouthfeel is very dry and dusty; dry caramel flavor and some cereals. Ordinary bitterness. Mediocre.

Muddy blond color. Nice aroma, not only wheat, but also light citrus fruits and hop, very delicate. Good wheat flavor, with a sharp spicy character. Correct bitterness. A good Hefeweizen.

2011: würziger Antrunk mit eher mildem, dafür aber süffigem Klima. Recht süß, das Bier könnte ruhig noch etwas lagern. Im Hintergrund wenig nach Schokolade, weiterhin mittelwürzig und somit eher mild. Schnelles und trockenes Finish, in dem der Hopfen das hier schwache Malz übertrumpft. Später, wenn man es schon nicht mehr erwartet süffig malzig-würzig und stärker bockbierartig als je zuvor. Nett. 12/10/10/11//11 2014: Maibock. Cremig hopfiger Antrunk, kaum malzig, sehr süffig. Spritzig würzig, leider ruht sich das Bier auf seinen Aromen aus und wird so auf Dauer etwas langweilig. Süßlich hopfiges Bier, das so gar nicht nach Bock schmeckt. 11/11/11/7//9

Beautiful hazy amber color; a peristent turbolent perlage supports a big thick head; it’s nice to look at, but I’m a bit scared by the overcarbonation or excessive fermentation. Luckily it was just a bad impression; indeed the beer has a light aroma and a solid flavor of caramel, with a high bitterness too; and the caramel contributes as well to the bitterness. Straightforward dry caramel brew, but well made.

Cloudy deep bond color. Simple malt and hop aroma; this combination is a bit more accentuated and pleasant in the flavor; it’s lightly sweet as well; correct bitterness level. Refreshing.
