0.5l bottle. fresh tasting and easy to drink but certainly not simple. not to heavy, quite dry, smooth, medium body. very good.

Bottle, 5.0% as Branik Lagerbier. Clear dark golden colour. Stable white head. Clean flavour, aromatic hops and quite malty. Some fresh bread, too.

Tap at " Carlsens Skvatter", Odense: Dark brown, nearly black with white head. Sweet malty aroma. Roasted malts , caramel. Watery body. Easy short bitter finish. OK pleasant!

Tap at "Carlsens Skvatter", Odense: Golden see through with white head. Little malty & hoppy aroma. Easy sweet taste from malts (caramel) Watery texture. Short light dry bitter finish. Easy drinkable. Defenetly nothing interesting, but OK!

Half liter can, with nitrogen ball. Opened it and fizzy white head came out. On the label it said that this is made in Slovenia, so maybe it is. Paid more for this than I did for other beers and so I was expecting a lot. Didn’t quite get it. Beer was ok, but was still a dissappointment.

One of my favorite Czech beers. Brought it back for my father and split the bottle. The pour is a delicous orange color with very little noticable carbonation. Taste is extremely smooth and almost sweet. Full bodied beer that I would love to try again as soon as possible.

This is the cheapest beer that I have ever seen. 16 cents a half liter. Tastes what it costs. Low on alcohol and good flavour. Thin useless beer that should only be drank for novelty purposes. Still not as offensive as American equivilents.

Plastic bottle (65 cl): Golden coloured, rather quickly diminishing white head; sweet-grassy-bready and hoppy nose; thinnish body, modearate bitter-sweet flavour; short, slightly herbal-bitter aromatic finish: A thin but drinkable brew, all in all nothing unpleasant detectable...............

Undated bottle from American Beer Distributors consumed on 9/25/06.
Crystal clear, filtered/pasteurized/force carbonated. Still, a rosy peach-copper body is true enough to style and the white head while not particularly well-retained, laces quite resiliently and is maintained at partial-cover.
Initially, a very hoppy nose shows off dusty saaz hops, but very aromatic and quite crisp and straw-like as well. Spiciness on the end, and a touch of light honey and dough. Not too much crisp yeast either.
Way too much sugar in the flavor, bready, doughy and with a sagging, artificially carbonated texture. Bitterness perks up at the very beginning but is quickly washed out by pale sugars, wateriness and hay flavored hops. Poorly balanced, there is no crisp yeast bite at the end of my bottle. Gets watery very quickly. No alcohol noted.
