[10/2/13] Cask at Southampton Arms in London. Cloudy golden. Green apples aroma with a yeasty touch. Sweetish apples flavor with wood, mild tartness and a dry finish. Decent.

Cask at the Southampton Arms, Kentish Town, 30/03/13. Hazed pale golden with a thin white head. Nose is soured apples, woody, sugars, touch ripe orange. Taste follows, sour orchard fruits, tarte apples, sugars. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry finish. Decent Cidre!

Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, sweet apple, light horse blanket. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, sweet apple, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat flat. [20120803]

Cask@Southampton Arms, London. Golden colour, no head. Aroma is apples, sweetness with some mild yeast and caramel. Flavour is quite similar in a nice balance. More sweet than dry though...
