Bottle at the Fat Cow, Bangkok. Poured a hazy medium amber with a thin white head. The aroma is malt, tropical citrus fruit, light hop. The flavour is moderate sweet with a light dry malt, yeasty, stone fruit, mineral, light floral hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Bottle at the Fat Cow, Bangkok. Poured a hazy straw colour with a fizzy very short-lived white head. The aroma is mineral earthy stone fruit hop. The flavour is moderate bitter light sweet with a dry malt, pear, light dry floral hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Not the greatest beer I’m afraid.

Bottle at the Fat Cow, Bangkok. Poured a hazy light amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is malt, big tropical citrus fruit hop. The flavour is moderate bitter sweet with a malty, dry pepper spice, super fruit, light peppermint hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Bottle at the Fat Cow, Bangkok. Poured a murky amber colour with a short-lived fizzy white head. The aroma is malt, grassy lemon citrus hop. The flavour is moderate sweet light bitter with a smooth, buttery malt, tropical citrus fruit, light dry pepper spice palate. Smooth rich and with plenty of fruit. Really easy drinking.

The flavour is moderate to strong bitter with a buttery malt, fruity, dry pepper spice, woody, light resin hop bitter palate and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

The flavour is moderate sweet light bitter with a fresh fruity, toffee apple, dry pepper spice, light peppermint hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Bottle from the Fat Cow, Bangkok. Poured a hazy medium amber with a thin broken white head. The aroma is malt, light woody resin hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a dry crisp pepper spice woody resin hop, light fruit palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation. A decent Session IPA but didn’t really get the Citra.

Update 26/9/2018. Fresh bottle from the Fat Cow, Lat Phrao, Bangkok. Poured a hazy golden colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is malt, buttery caramel, big chewy tropcial fruit, Citra. The flavour is moderate sweet, light bitter, with a smooth, rich, big fruity, dry hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. A real Citra bomb. The beer has clearly changed over time! Bottle at the Fat Cow, Bangkok. Poured a hazy straw colour with a frothy white head. The aroma is malt, big grassy citra hop fruit. The flavour is moderate sweet light bitter with a crisp fruity, light dry pepper hop, light peppermint palate. Medium bodied with moderate to light carbonation. A decent beer from a new brewer. Shows promise!
