Draft at Furbrew, Hanoi. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma of grain, light malt, herbal notes and yeast. Flavour is light sweet and bitter. Light bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap at the Hanoi brewpub. Poured a clear dark brown colour with little life. The aroma is light roasty, dough, biscuit, molasses, soy sauce. The flavour is light sweet, liqouirce bitter with a smooth, rich, grainy malt, roasty, sweet red berry fruit palate. Medium bodied with flat carbonation.

Tap at the Hanoi brewpub. Poured a hazy medium to dark amber with little life. The aroma is big ginger which masks everything else. The flavour is big ginger, grainy malt, ginger spice palate. Medium bodied with flat carbonation. Not great. Nobody could drink this over a session.
