@ Stumbling Monk. Amber and hazy. The aroma is woody, earthy and complex for the style. Sweetish with brown sugar malts and a very earthy character. I like the powdery hop. Earthy, bitter and long.

Light amber and bright with a creamy head. The aroma has a lot of hops but also floral, bubblegummy phenols as well. Earthy hops help to balance a tripel that is otherwise very bubblegummy, floral and sweet. Finishes a little alcoholic.

22 oz bomber courtesy of bvc. The pour is a lightly hazed orange copper with a one inch egg white head that falls with nice lacing. The aroma is herbal honey sweetness, grass, along with a light clove over-ripe fruit as well. The taste is big herbal right away, turning to the clove ester fruit yeast, and finishing with grassy toasty malt sweetness. Flavors are all pretty assertive, though do meld decently, creating a full, interesting flavor. The palate is medium bodied, spritzy fine natural carbonation and a bit of a thinner finish. Overall, interesting beer - thanks for sending my way Brandon.

Bomber from Malt & Vine. Pours clear copper with a white smear for head. Aroma is biscuit/malt with a touch of yeast/spice and some mild light fruit. Med body. Tho it tends to thin. The flavor is fruit/yeast/spice (some peppery hot bits) and some sweet malt. It’s dry overall, and going towards astringent in the finish. Easy drinking? Wow, is it ever. Somehow it’s not so Belgian as Belgian is, but it’s a very tasty and drinkable ale.

Bomber from Malt & Vine. Pours light amber/gold with a slight white head. Aromas of bubble gum, spice and hop. Med + body. Flavor is bubblegum, light kandi, yeast/spice. It all works very well. Pretty well balanced - something is fighting off the malt. Burps well too! It’s not exactly a standard tripel, but there’s no question that it is a tripel. Pretty nice ale.

Bomber from Malt & Vine. Pours ruddy amber with a slight head. Aromas of banana, clove and yeast/spice. Full bodied. Flavor is spicy roast caramel. Smooth. Still think there’s underlying banana and clove. It’s pretty balanced, and there’s something keeping all the malt from being very sweet. It’s really tasty. Maybe it’s complicated. Trust me that it’s delicious, even if words fail me.

On tap at Brouwer's Cafe for Hopfest, pours dark orange with a white head. Aroma of tropical fruits and buttery hops. Flavour is quite fruity, with some piney hops and just enough caramel malt. Delicious IIPA.

Dark opaque brown color, medium-sized brownish head. Aroma of caramel and some toasted notes. Medium-bodied. Chocolate, caramel, maltyness. Sweetish porter but I liked it! My first beer from this brewery.

Sampled on tap at SIB, pours hazy golden yellow. Aroma of wheat, green apple and citrus. Flavour of light apple, citrus and wheat. Pretty standard, but decently well-done tripel.
