Draught at Salone della Birra Artigianale e di Qualità 2008, Milan
Hazy blond color. It has some banana and cereals aroma. Medium body, forgettable flavor, with too much yeast. Correct bitterness. Not exciting.

Nitro-keg at Salone della Birra Artigianale e di Qualità 2008, Milan
Black color; creamy head. Yeasty roasted malt aroma. Smooth mouthfeel of course; it has a roasted malt flavor, some glue, liquorice (too much). Correct bitterness. Controversial.

Bottle. Pitch black beer with a light head. The aroma is mildy roasted and the flavour is rich, bitter and mildly roasted. Overall a reasonable beer.

Bottle. Black beer with a strong bubbly head. The aroma is gently roasted and dry, and the flavour is deeply roasted and slightly rich. Overall a reasonable beer.

Bottle. Cloudy golden beer with a strong head. The aroma is gently malty and the flavour is very syrupy but mainly very dry. Overall a reasonable beer.

Overflowed the bottle on opening. Medium white head. Hazy yellow body with vigorous carbonation. Lightly acidic yeasty barnyard aroma with wooden mealy notes. Sweet-sour herbal yeasty taste with barnyard notes. Sharpish bitter dandelion and soft metal aftertaste. Hoppy, herbal taste lingers. Nice and unusual. (0.5l bottle from KnutAlbert.)

Cask at GBBF 2007. A hazy golden beer with a white head. The aroma is sweet malty with estery fruity notes. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of fruit - especially peaches and mango, but also with a light estery note, leading to a dry finish.

Cask at GBBF 2007. A hazy goolden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of fruit. The flavor is sweet malty again with primary notes of fruit, leading to a slightly bitter finish.

chiara schiuma abbondante e persistente ma non fine note luppolate lieve malto in bocca piacevolmente amara purtroppo troppo gasata la mia botttiglia
