12 fl oz bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is mild fruity, yeasty and light phenolic. Sweet, fruity, mellow and light bitterness to a crisp hoppy base. Smooth fruity finish.

Bottle 35,5 cl. Courtesy of Pinball. Pours a cloudy opaque orange with a white head. Cool chewy Galaxy hop aroma, berry-like. Medium body, a little sweet tropical fruits, a bit too fizzy with some phenols. Rather bitter finish. Far from perfect, but fairly interesting. 230512

Cask at Hay Merchant. Pours a very dark brown with large creamy beige head leaving sticky lacing. The aroma is roasted malt and spice. Medium mouthfeel with a rich malt with chocolate and light dry finish. Advertised as a crawfish stout but did not taste anything close.

On tap at Zax. Pours a clear amber with a small frothy off white head leaving sticky lacing. The aroma is a faint caramel malt. Medium mouthfeel with a sweet fruit malt and caramel with a nice light dry finish.

Cask at Draught House. Pours a black with medium creamy tan head leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is roasted malt and chocolate. Thin mouthfeel with a light bitter roast malt and salty finish. Easy to drink a goo variation of the Convict Hill.

On tap at The Petrol Station. Pours a cloudy yellow with a frothy white head with spotty lacing along the glass. The aroma is yeast and wheat. Thin mouthfeel with a yeast and clove flavor with dry finish. A good Abbey tripel from Independence.
