(bottle) Slightly unclear, pale golden colour with a short foamy white head. Sweet pale malty, slightly sweaty nose with notes of apricots. Sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a flat carbonation. Pale malty, slightly grainy and subtle fruity taste; sweet malty, subtle fruity finish with no bitterness to speak of. Plain and boring brew. 12.XI.09

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a short foamy white head. Moderately sweet and slightly grainy malty nose with subtle fruity (apricot) notes, accompanied by shy herbal hops. Sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Pale malt-character with grainy and strong chalky notes, which make the brew a bit harsh; almost dry sweet-bitter, slightly hoppy finish. No glory, but drinkable. 12.XI.09

Bottle: Golden, hazy to cloudy, rather quickly collapsing fluffy off-white head, visible carbonation; shy sweetish-wheaty nose with a tinge of turpentine; light sweetish-sourish flavour, very light bodied; bready notes in the quite mild sourish-sweetish and wheaty finish. Not sooo bad.........

(bottle) Cloudy, chestnut-brown colour with a beige rocky head. Sweet and yeasty, moderately toasted malty aroma with notes of wheat and traces of dried fruits and elder. Slightly sweet and sour flavour, light bodied with a moderately carbonated mouthfeel. Slim wheaty, slightly berry-fruity and minimal toasted taste with faint traces of caramel; slightly toasty and sourish tart finish. Not a must. 25.X.09

Bottle: Chestnut-amber coloured, clear, visible carbonation, smaller lacy off-white head; light to moderate aroma of sourdough, bread and roasted malt with a caramelly-bitter background; light to moderate sweetish-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied; slightly drier light to moderate toasty-nutty finish with traces of molasses and some bitterness in the aftertaste. Even though the label says "Schwarzbier", this is a well crafted bavarian Dunkel..........

bottle, Danke pivnizub! Hazy brown colour, large off-white head. Fruity, yeasty with flavours of banana and chocolate, hints of fudge. Quite nice, but a bit thin.

(bottle) Clear, mahogany colour with a small beige foamy head. Sweet toasty malty aroma with caramel, molasses and dried fruits. Sweet flavour, medium to full bodied with a soft carbonation. Slightly syrupy and roasty malty taste with caramel; sweet and slightly roasty bitter finish with a lasting aftertaste full of caramel/toffee. Not very complex but clean and easy going DB. 05.X.09

33cl bottle; Clear, pale golden colour with a short foamy white layer. Discreet aroma: moderately sweet pale malty nose with skunky notes of overripe fruits (apricots). Slightly sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a flat carbonation. Pale malt-character with subtle apricot-fruity notes and shy herbal accents; sweet and faint bitter, slightly chalky finish with a poor hoppy notes. 04.X.09

(bottle) Cloudy, golden colour with a dense medium-sized foamy white head. Yeasty and fruity (apricot, citrus) aroma with a moderate wheat-character, accompanied by mild clovy and spicy notes. Slightly sour and bitter tart flavour, light to medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Wheaty and moderately fruity and yeasty taste; slim and wheaty, also slightly tart and spicy finish with notes of metal in the aftertaste. Not a recommendable Hefeweizen. 01.X.09

bottle, with thanks to pivnizub! Clear pale yellow with a small creamy white head. Hoppy nose. Creamy mouthfeel. Malty, slightly fruity with hints of buttermilk and good herbal hop flavours. Well-balanced, a pleasure.
