hazy brownish yellow colour, huge, dense ecru-ish white head; aroma of lemony, grape juice, some grainy, fruity-apricot and herbal notes; taste of hoppy bitterness, which is well balanced by apricot and grape-like fruitiness and some citric acidy notes; not bad at all

deep dark brown, almost black colour, large, dense and long lasting beige-ish head; aroma of roasted sunflower seeds, (over-)toasted rye bread, some licorice, unripe plum and hints of coffee; taste is fully dominated by burnt bitterness with no balance at all; I expected much more complexity based on the aroma

hazy yellow colour, medium sized dense, slightly ecru-ish white head; aroma of citrusy-lemony, wet wheaty, slight orange and acetic acidy notes; taste is the same with minimal banana; not bad, though nothing really extraordinary either

hazy brownish orange colour, moderate sized creamy ecru head; aroma of pine resiny, fruity, floral and some slight vegetables notes; well balanced bittersweet taste with similar notes to the aroma; not bad at all tasted from bottle, though it is much better from tap (with much more dominant resiny notes and without this vegetables notes) at the brewery! the difference is really substantial! the bottled vversion is around 3.0 while the version on tap is around 4.0! So, I rated somewhere in between.

Bottle from Tonneau Verre, Yverdon, February 2014
Muddy orange-amber color; the head disappears quickly. Strong smell of vegetable broth, mushrooms, tomatoes. Some malt flavor, light lemony touch, vegetables, soapy (from the Ginger), salty; ordinary bitterness level; evident yeast in the final.
Very bad.
