Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Very sweet, spicy nose. Medium body, low in carbonation, a sticky sweet fruitiness and again this subtle spiciness. Almost cloying, no bitterness. 130612

Bottle from La Mise en Bière, Lausanne
Hazy amber color. It has a surprisingly interesting aroma of alpine forests and honey. Malt flavor, with herbal tones, and evident sweetness given by the stevia. The bitterness is quite low. The stevia also gives a touch of sweet liquorice.
The sweetness helps accepting the herbs, nevertheless many will be put off by this…
Interesting but weird.
