750ml wired cork bottle from Busby's Cellar online. Opened with a pop. Sparkling yellow gold colour, fizzy white foam head that quickly dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of sweet syrupy pear, sulphury hint. Taste is sweet, pear, syrupy, tangy, and white wine, citric, sugary with alittle tartness. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, sweet finish. OK, quite sweet.

Bottle 750ml.Clear light to medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate apple, tart apple, dry apples, floury apples. Flavour is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average duration, fresh, artificial, weak apples. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20120401]
