Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, apple skin, wood, barnyard notes. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, dry. From a plastic barrel @ GBBF 2011, Great British Beer Festival, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London, England.Clear medium yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, sweet barnyard, rubber notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate acidic with a long duration, tart, dry, apples. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20110805]

Cask@GBBF2011. Yellowish golden colour, small head. Aroma is apples, fruits, some mild honeylike notes as well. Flavour is apples, alcohol, some herbal and mildly honeylike notes as well.

Aroma is moderate sour apple, apple, barnyard and leather notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20100117]
