(bottle) Clear, ruby brown colour with a beige and thick foamy head. Moderately to lightly sweet and roasty malty aroma with caramel, earthy notes and a light touch of herbal hops. Slightly sweet and bitter flavour, light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Dry and a bit slim roasty malty and earthy taste with notes of dark chocolate and a shy herbal touch; dry and roasty, moderately bitter finish. Clean and pleasant Schwarzbier, just a bit slim. 21.VIII.10

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Pale malty and slightly grainy aroma with citric and slightly spicy herbal hops. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a smooth and well-matured carbonation. Mildly grainy pale malty taste with subtle fruity notes and herbal accents; sweet and light-bitter, also slightly woody hoppy finish. Pretty flavourful for an Eisbier-Lager. 20.VIII.10

(bottle) Cloudy, orange to golden colour with a blond and huge foamy head. Slightly sweet and yeasty wheat-malty aroma with phenolic spices, mostly of cloves, and a distinctively banana-fruity touch. Moderately sweet flavour with a light tinge of acidity, light to medium bodied with a lively, well-carbonated mouthfeel. Light-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with an almost crispy carbonation.
