Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a clear orangey brown with a beige head. Sweet roasted malts in the nose. Medium body, roasted malts and pumpernickel, with some licorice. Roasty finish. Sort of a mini-Bock. 250810

(bottle) Clear, ruby brown colour with a beige and thick foamy head. Moderately to lightly sweet and roasty malty aroma with caramel, earthy notes and a light touch of herbal hops. Slightly sweet and bitter flavour, light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Dry and a bit slim roasty malty and earthy taste with notes of dark chocolate and a shy herbal touch; dry and roasty, moderately bitter finish. Clean and pleasant Schwarzbier, just a bit slim. 21.VIII.10

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Pale malty and slightly grainy aroma with citric and slightly spicy herbal hops. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a smooth and well-matured carbonation. Mildly grainy pale malty taste with subtle fruity notes and herbal accents; sweet and light-bitter, also slightly woody hoppy finish. Pretty flavourful for an Eisbier-Lager. 20.VIII.10

(bottle) Cloudy, orange to golden colour with a blond and huge foamy head. Slightly sweet and yeasty wheat-malty aroma with phenolic spices, mostly of cloves, and a distinctively banana-fruity touch. Moderately sweet flavour with a light tinge of acidity, light to medium bodied with a lively, well-carbonated mouthfeel. Present wheat-character with notes of banana and lighter phenolic spices; moderately sweet and fruity wheaty finish, Nice and refreshing Hefeweizen. 19.VIII.10

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a small off-white head. Aroma is roasted malt, breadish and slight caramelish. Sweet caramelish, roasted, breadish and distinct bitter counterbalance. Ends medium dry, quite malty and slight bitter.

bottle. Clear amber coliur, large and creamy off-white head. Malty nose. Full-bodied, malty basew ith a caramelly character and hints of dried fruit. Very nice.

(bottle) Clear, greenish golden colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Light-sweet pale malty aroma with a grainy notes, accompanied by herbal and woody hops. Light-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with an almost crispy carbonation. Pale malty and shy grainy taste with present herbal and slightly woody hops; moderately dry, slightly grainy and hop bitter finish. Pleasant. 28.IV.10
