Bottled. A hazy pale golden cider with a white head. The aroma has apples and lemons. The flavor is sweet with notes of apples, lemons, and wood, leading to a tart finish. Thanks yespr for this.

Bottle 275ml. clear glass.Clear with small sized body particles, a light to medium yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate apple, sweet apple, wood, vanilla, acetone notes. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet with a average to long duration, sweet apple, vanilla. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. [20120331]

27.5 cL clear bottle. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is citric and smooth apple fruity. Phenolic. Apple juicy sweet and light acetic note. Citric and dry into a mild phenolic finish.
