Bottle at RBWG 2014. Pours a hazy amber gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has notes of earthy grain and earthy honey notes. Flavor has bread and grain notes with honey coming out in the finish.

Bomber from Bine & Vine. Label is Dammed! DIPA. Still 8.8%. Pours translucent copper with a creamy yellow/white head. Aroma is fruity/floral over some decent caramel. Full bodied or nearly. There’s a lot of caramel/malt, but there’s a great deal of floral/fruit with a little citrus. Maybe a touch of resin too. It’s bitter, but not NW harsh. No trace of heat for me. It seems like a little oil settles on the tongue - it’s that hoppy?

Draft at the Pacific Beach Fish Shop - San Diego, CA. Good stuff. Lots of milk chocolate, creamy coffee, some ashy roast. A bit sweet at times but never too much. Pretty drinkable. Nice.

Bomber from Bine & Vine. Pours very dark brown with a slight tan head. Firm coffee aroma. Med + body. Maybe full if the carb sticks around. Flavor is moderate dark coffee, smooth burnt malt, and just maybe a little touch of chocolate. And maybe not. It finishes rather coffee bitter, but suggests coffee toffee - the kind in little twists. Nice drink.

Bomber from Bine & Vine. Pours translucent gold with a few white bubbles. Aroma certainly starts floral. Med body or better. Flavor is quite tropical fruit. Mild malt backbone. With effort citrus and maybe grapefruit rind can be found. Maybe. There is a burn that seems to be grapefruit rind. Could be hop burn. There’s a lot here, and it works well together. Just cause it’s hard to dissect doesn’t mean it’s muddled. Very tasty drink.

Amber with an off white head - Good hop aromas with citrus and some pine - Good malt to support the hops that taste of citrus and pine with a good bitterness - The hop bitterness lingers in the finish that lasts for some time - This was good
