Bottle. A clear, golden colored lightly oily mead. The aroma has alcohol and a quite heavy flowery scent, almost pushing the honey to the back. Semi-sweet flavor with honey, some spiced notes and a distinct flowery touch. Medium to full body with a certain warmth. Rather oily. Well, not my favorite in any way, but sure drinkable. 120622

Bottle 750ml.[ Thx to fiulijn & The Cph Crew ]. Clear medium to dark orange yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to heavy honey, sugary honey, sweet honey, honey nectar, light alcohol, wood notes. Flavour is light heavy sweet with a long duration, sweet honey, sugary honey, alcohol, almond - mazipan notes. Body is medium, texture is syrupy to watery, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light to moderate alcoholic. [20111124]
