Bottle sampled at Rustic Roots, pours a clear blonde with a few bubbles. Aroma brings out lots of honey, baked apples and cinnamon. Flavour isn't exactly ice cider like or overly complex, with lots of syrupy apple sweetness, baked apples, and cinnamon. Very thick on the palate, almost syrup like. Not a superior ice cider; unusual, but it works to some extent.

Bottle sampled at Rustic Roots, pours a clear peachy pink. Aroma brings out sweet nectarines and apples in good balance. Flavour is medium sweet, with nectarine skins and apple core. Pretty aggressive carbonation that brings out the complexity well. Very nice.

Bottle sampled at Rustic Roots, pours a clear yellow. Aroma is quite dry, with a good balance of apple and pear skins. Flavour is really dry, with lots of pears upfront and subtler crisp apple skins. Bone dry, but quite complex. Not much booziness. Very nice stuff.
