Sweet fruity and malty, citrus fruity notes of orange and grapefruit, pine needles, sweet malty backing, pretty boozy into the bittersweet hoppy finish. Not doing much for me.

Loved the 100.1 Bourbon version and this is just as good, same base barleywine, this time enhanced with brandy barrel ageing, nice full body and sweet lingering calvados infused spiced sweet malty finish. Beautiful.

Sweet malty with lots of caramel and toffee notes, dried fruit shred with raisins and sultanas coming through, opens up as it warms up, touch of brown sugar, nice body, warming bourbon encapsulated into the lingering malty close. Beautiful

Bottle sourced from Toft Vin, Copenhagen Sweet malty with notes of caramel and toffee, a plethora of dark dried fruit, slight hoppy backing, gets pretty overt sweet, then some brown sugar, some nice spices into the sweet warming malty close
