From a bottle at Bluejacket during Travlr’s 10,000th beer rating celebration. Pours a hazy gold with a feint off white head. Aroma of overripe yellow transparent apples. Full flavored with some funky notes. Smooth finish.

4oz pour in Astigarra. Comes a hazy, dandelion yellow with zero head. Nose has lemon juice, tart apple juice, a little honey. Flavor is lightly sweet and lightly tart, mild acid, lightly limey. Refreshing finish.

Bottle 750ml. @ [ Tasting by Fin & Loz ].Light unclear light yellow colour with a virtually no head. Aroma is moderate apple, sour apples, floury apple, soap, lemon. Flavour is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, light vinegar, acetic, soapy, lime - lemon. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20111022]

Bottle at Fin & Loz’s tasting with Jan, Charlotte, Craig, Stella & kids consumed Saturday 22.10.11 I picked this up the Basque region of Northern Spain, July 2011 Pours hazy lemon mmhh.. another bar of soap masquerading as a cider, albeit a slightly appley soap, just cannot get on with this at all.
