Flaska från Jonas, drucken blint. 2018. Backlog. Svår att ringa in i början. Trots att just de röda persikorna är så oerhört smakrika hade jag svårt att hitta vilken frukt det var. Möjligen att åldern gjort att det lagt sig något. Mycket gott fortfarande.

Draught (had as Bokkereyder Pinot Kriek). Ruby red colour with a small pinkish head. Aroma is sour cherries, some grapes, mild white wine like elements, with also quite wooden notes. Flavour is cherries, some grapes, mild white wine and some tannin like dry tones. Refreshing, but rather dry at the same time.

Thick raspberries in a weird ass Airbnb. Tons of vanilla and jammy raspberries and apricot. Sheeeeesh.
Thick sweet funk, really nice kick of funk, peachy front and a grape must finish. So delish. Packing so much flavor on the front and finish.

Bottle thanks to Anthony. Pours a cloudy orange with large frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is funk, earth, wood, floral. Medium body, funky, wood, earth, lingering dry finish, very nice.

Bottled (had as Elderflower Lambic). Hazy golden colour with a mediumsized off-white head. Aroma is sour wood, some elderflowers with some floral tones. Flavour is slightly acidic elderflowery with some tartness, herbs and mild wooden tones with a bit spiciness too.

Bottled@CBC2016. Hazy orange colour, small white head. Aroma is wood, apricot, some sweetness and mild tart notes. Flavour is tart wood, apricot, some dry earth and mild herbs.
