Sample at CBC 2016. Hazy orange with a small white head. Tart with citrus, some oak and grass. The body was on the light side and the carbonation soft. Easy to drink.

Sample at CBC 2016. (rating 7000) Hazy reddish with no head. Nice tart aroma of cherries, some funk and oak. Similar taste, also some almonds. Vinous and elegant. A very nice one.

Tap@Mikkeller & Friends, Copenhagen (11/05/2016) - fuzzy orange pour with white head. Aroma and taste is prominent sour fruity apricot, acidic, barnyard, staw, cut grass, floral nuances, hay, tart fruity finish.

Tap@CBC, Copenhagen - dark red pour with white pinkish head. Aroma and taste is a nice sour and sweet balance of cherry fruits, grapeskin, wood, twig notes, light floral nuances, tart fruity into the finish

Tap@Koelschip, Copenhagen (11/05/2016) - dark red pour with white pink reddish head. Aroma and taste is medium sour cherry fruity, grape, barnyard, excellent red wine infused wooden nuances in play, hay, musty, lactic, tart cherry finish. Excellent.

CBC 2016. Poured almost red in color, with a pinkish head. Ripe fruits, cherries, sourness, barnyard in aroma. Flavor was pretty much the same, nice balance. Cherries not that much dominating. Finishes off with a long tart finish.

From bottle @CBC 2016. poured sparkling golden color with no head. Farmyard, apricotty aroma. Sour, dried fruits, tartness, apricots in flavor. Nice mouthdrying finish. Intriguing. Very good.

CBC 2016. Pours red color with a thin white head. Bretta, horse stable, red berries in aroma. Tart, mouthdrying finish. Red berries, horse stable, soury flavor. Tasty.

Sample at CBC 2016, my first one from Bokkereyder. Dark purple/red with almost no head. A lot of cherries, both in the aroma and taste. Also wine barrel and sour berries. The body was fairly light and the carbonation relaxed. Smooth and really refreshing.
