CBC. Deep red with a lasting pink head. Aroma with funk, red berries, wood and a faint medicinal note. Very dry and tart flavour with red wine, red berries and a touch of wood

CBC. Cloudy orange with a small white head. Funky aroma with lots of brett, a fruity touch and a hint of sulphur. Sweetish fruity flavour with a rather sharp acidity. Grapes, wood, barnyard and citrus.

Bottle at CBC ’16. Very hazy orange with a white head. Aroma of huge fresh elderflower upfront, really intense, with a light and barnyard funk behind. Flavour is light moderate sour. Above light bodied with light carbonation.
