Pale golden colour. Nice head. Somewhat malty aroma. Somewhat dry mouthfeel. Medium bitterness. Stale and bland aftertaste.

Golden colour. Medium bodied, clean, rounded maltiness, low bitterness. Not bad at all.

Pale yellow. Thin, sweetish malta aroma, not much body. About what you can expect from a 2.0% lager from a desert country...

Golden colour. With Hansa's lovely Urbock in mind it is disappointingly thin. Not much in the way of flavour or bitterness either. Not one of Namibia's top beers.

Dark nut brown. Very malty, crystalized sugar in the palate. On of uthe classier beers in the whole of Africa.
Sampled the 2000 version in March 2002: Richly, malty, loads of crystalized sugar. Well balanced with some late bitterness. Probably doesn't develope much on bottle, but doesn't deteriorate either.

Pale. Dry (what else can you expect from a beer from a desert country?), clean and surprisingly bitter. For being only 3% it's a real good beer.

Dark amber colour; heavy malt aroma and palate. A straightforward beer, but with a great depth of malt flavours, chewy and earthy, amazing when you consider how hot Namibia is.

Soft, mild, light for the style, and an off-dry finish......................
