Keg at the Brauhaus, Eutin, 16/07/15. Murky orange amber with a decent off white cap. Nose is toffee, clove, yeast, light bread, mixed spice. Taste comprises light banana, caramel, yeast esters, orange rind, clove. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent weizen, the low overall score for this bier shows that you need to drink German bier fresh at the source. Bottles are a wars of tim !

Draught @ the brewpub. Pours Pours slightly hazy amber with airy white head. Clear aroma of malt and yeast, with faint notes of hops. Sweet, malty and estery flavour, with hoppy touches. Sweetish finish. well-balanced and quite unobtrusive. A decent Maibock.
