From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is smoked and dense caramelish. Light alcohol presence. Sweet caramel malty, meaty smoked malt. Lingering meaty bacon and beech woody smoked. Sweet and thick malty finish. Nice.

clear dark amber, almost no head. toffee doinates the aroma, sweetish, flavor is caramelly, toffee. not very good for me as i don’t like toffee beers.

Hazy mahogany with small beige head. Sweet aroma with roasted malt, caramel and toffee. Flavor had hard roasted malt, caramel and thin coffee. Not bad.

1 L growler. Pours cloudy deep amber with a fully gone head. Aroma is caramelish and vague butterish. Dark and heavy roasted malt base. Mild bitterness and dark malty. Distinct dark roasted malt finish.

Clear golden with a small white head. Aroma had diacetyl, malt and grassy hops. Fairly dry flavor with hints of diacetyl, barnyard, malt and grassy hops. Finished dry and bitter.
