Very firm and huge just off-white head over veiled metallic golden beer. Herbs, weeds, a summer meadow with grapey overtones. Wild yeasts suggested. Sour, partly sour grapes, partly vegetables as rhubarb. Lactic acid, quite lemony. Herbs more in retreat in the flavour, and pretty clean for wild yeast. Bit tart, effervescent, refreshing, lightly lipsmacking acidity. Very good - again.

Huge, just light-yellowish head over (cold)hazed yellow-golden beer. Spicy, herbal nose, intense from afar. From up close, Bretts & wild yeasts, quite lambic-like. Lemon, lactic acid, parsley. Again spicy-herbal. Lightly vinous impression. Finish is dry, bit lemony; less acidic than the nose suggested. Hints of artificial sweetener - although I absolutely don't think it's added - but the flavour really reminds me of some. Dry grains & dried spices. Aftertaste has green apple and sweet woodruff. Light, spritzy, bit slick. A Saison de Luxe - but for this one I accept the moniker 'Saison'. However, typical American is the failure to spell their own given name wrong.

Bottle at Peders, Copenhagen. 03/05/2023 Tart fruity with notes of lemons, straw, lots of foray accents going on, yeasty linger, medium body and acidity, wooden accents into the fruity flora close.

Bottle pour at Peders, pours a hazy blonde with a medium white head. Aroma brings out wild yeast, floral notes and a touch of oak. Flavour is full of phenols, with saison yeast, floral notes, oak and wild yeast. The phenols ruin this a fair bit, but there's a nice base beer underneath. Good but problematic.
