Funky yeasty, herbal and minimally fruity aroma, hints of mustard seed, sage, a touch of brine, basil, old lemon peel, old orange peel. Taste is sour, tangy, funky, slightly herbal, minimally (vinous) fruity, hints of sage, mustard seed, a touch of brine, vinegar, lemon juice, white grapes, gooseberry, old lime peel, old lemon peel, basil, dill. Oily-watery texture, dry, slightly astringent, simultaneously minimally greasy palate, medium, prickly carbonation. Quite rich and complex, relatively sour - a Saison for the advanced user...

Bottle, 330 ml from Little Beer Shop, Utrecht. Shared with Max. Very nice fruity, citrus, kiwi aroma. Bit vinous, some barrel, funky. Fruity tartness. Easy drinkable.
Fruity, acidic, sour and tart. Vinaigrette, honeydew melon, faint red berries. Floral, sweet, a bit dry. Really interesting, could be smoother and less acidic but very nice.
Yesterday. Balanced tart, funky and spicy. Very nice!
