bottle from Tavour. Outstanding Saison - complex and packed with zesty tones, not too bitter. Lovely

Bottle thanks to Jeremy. Pours a cloudy yellow orange with small frothy white head. The aroma is grape must, oak, funk, yeast. Light body, tart grape, light funk, oak, dry finish, very nice.
Expected a classic saison flavor but got more tart acidity than I'd like, the nose is great sweet funk though.

500ml bottle from Tavour. Bright, hazy golden, fine creamy head sticks around for a while. Aroma is a big noseful of farmhouse yeast, tart notes, lemon. Taste adds minute red wine accents, citrus, pronounced tartness, yeast, grassy.
Thanks Robert for this one, typical farmhouse, grassy, stone fruits, quite herbal, stone fruits, also some hoppy bitterness, nice stuff...
Bottle thanks to Michael. Pours a hazy gold with medium frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is strong brett, floral, oak, lemon zest. Medium body, brett, funky, oak, floral, light tartness, very good.

Bottled Feb. 17, tasted June 2. $4.99 from Orange & Brew. There was a big nose of bread yeast right under the cap. That was followed by a tart passionfruit nose. The pour is a cloudier, more yellow glass of beer, with a head that's fizzy and dwindles away, unlike the Faible. This one is also much more tart, a zesty tropical fruit sourness that comes from more than just Citra hops. The taste builds a grapefruit note halfway through. There's a little yeast settled to the bottom of the bottle, so you will want to pour all but a finger-width first. Then swirl the rest around and pour to get a slightly different taste. A big sour taste for those who like their sours.

330 cl bottle dated Jan 12, 2019, from Orange & Brew. There is a little tartness and some horseblanket that we use to describe a not-quite-funky note of a Belgian strain of yeast. Pouring kicks up a big puffy head over a beer body that's bright gold, but impossible to see through. The taste starts with tartness, but not too much sourness. There's some cherry notes that I find with a warm ferment. But it's also quite dry. The tartness encourages sipping, but it goes down nicely. Leaves a sense of cherry juice on the lips, and cherry tartness in the aftertaste. But again, no real cherry is involved.
