THT April. Hazy yellow with white head. Sour grain, wheat, lemon rind, barrel notes. Strong sour, moderate bitter. Quite dry finish. Medium body and soft carbonation.

Sampled at THT April. Hazy yellow golden with white head. Light lactic, soft oak, white wine, lemon, oats, wheat, gooseberries, light herbal notes, kafir lime leaves. Under medium sweet and sour and light bitter. Medium bodied.

Bottle shared at THT April ‘19. Very hazy light golden with a white head. Aroma of funk, oak, citrus, vinous notes and light pepper. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle thanks to Dave. Pours a hazy gold with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is yeast, oak, pepper, citrus. Slick body, lemon zest, oak, pepper, dry finish, very good.

Xmas THT. Hazy golden with white head. Sweet malts, sour grain, sour wheat, white wine, white raisans, citrus fruity. Moderate sweet and bitter. Medium body and soft carbonation.

Bottle shared at THT December ‘18. Fairly hazy golden with a thin white head. Aroma of oak, vinous notes, tart grapes and oak. Flavour is light moderate sweet and sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle sampled at THT December. Hazy yellow golden with short lasting white head. Soft white wine, light peach, light spicy yeast, creamy apricot, light wheat, soft lemon. Under medium sweet and bitter, light tart. Just medium bodied. Like a poor mans Hill Farmstead. Very nice.
