On tap at Rustico, the menu said it was brewed with wormwood chips. Pours a transparent blonde, gold with a frothy white head, tight bubbles. Aroma is very interesting. Bursting floral bouquets, spice, grass. Flavor was grassy, lemons, flowers, a hint of licorice. Finish it watery with a lasting spice. Weird but drinkable.

Flat pour. Beige-yellow colour. No real nose, light herbs maybe. Woody, grapey, herbal taste. Flat but refreshing. Moderate herbal finish.

Bottle shared by SoLan. Pours a hazy straw color with off white head. Mostly floral aroma with some spices. Light hoppy flavor, slightly sweet, some fruit. Light body with fizzy mouthfeel.

Pale yellow. Fresh fruit and a weird herbal nose. Funky herbal and minty traits. Not very bitter surprisingly, with the wormwood in there.

Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Pours with a hazy golden body and a smallish white head that stays. Aroma is yeasty with light cinnamon, corn, earthy spices and a bit of bready-ness. Taste is lightly metallic with corn, citrus and plastic phenols. Sort of an herbal astringency as well in the finish. Fizzy and dry mouthfeel.

Cloudy straw colored with medium white head. Aroma of light spice and malt. Flavor of apricots and orange. Interesting, and better than most Italian brews.

Small yellow-brown head over chestnut coloured beer. Sweet, nutty, roasted nose, slightly bitterish oriented. Roasted, if not overmuch, candi sugar, and lightly spiced character. Again a bit of oxydation, colourmalts to the fore. Berries flavour retronasal. At the end of the bottle, warming up, an aroma of incense develops. Medium bodied, slick. Again, I think the pub did not keep this in a good condition. TL lamps in the fridge...

Small off-white head, clear-ish pale copper beer. Buttery, spicy nose, not very inviting; Completely oxydized, lightstruck (BBD 5 months ago). Light body, oxydized aftertaste. Bottle obviously in very bad condition, more than the BBD could explain. Will need a retrial.

330 ml. bottle from Wine Specialist as Sesonette. Orangey amber color with a disappearing white head. Aromas of bitter fruits and spices. Medium body with mild carbonation. Flavor is a little earthy with lots of bitter - like citrus zest - but more bitter. Spice is strongly present. A touch of wood. Finish is dry and bitter. It tends to mellow out with time. Surprising and tasty in the end.
