Polycask at St Albans festival. Hazy golden color. Aroma of dusty apples. Taste is very tart and dry fruit. Tasty.

From a plastic barrel @ GBBF 2011, Great British Beer Festival, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London, England. [ As Govier Medium Dry Cider ].Unclear - hazy matt medium green yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate apple, barnyard, moderate to heavy aceton - yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet and acidic with a long duration, dry dry, apple peel. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20110805]

Cask@GBBF2011. Greenish golden colour (!!!) with no head. Aroma is sweet apples, some yeast, wood, nectar and mild alcohol as well. Flavour is quite much the same along with some mild acidic/vinegary notes. Semi mouthdrying.

Gravity dispense (bag-in-box) @ 27th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2010, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, EnglandUnclear light to medium orange yellow colour with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate apple, rubber, light barnyard - leather, wood notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long to average duration, tart, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20101201]
