Bottle shared with Joes and Dutchdrebus @ weekly tasting. Clear golden color, small white head. Don’t get a lot of aroma other than malts and slightly some alcohol. Taste malts, lightly bitter, a touch of herbs or spices. Medium body and carbonation. Not really a tripel imo but it’s quite decent.

Tap at Lemmys, Leiden. Poured a clear dark brown with a frothy off white head and some broken lace. The aroma is sweet red berry fruit with a little yeast and malt. The flavour is medium bitter light sweet with a yeasty alcoholic liqourice bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Tap @ Ledig Erf, medium sample. Dark brown color, medium frothy brown head. Aroma of spices, candy sugar, some banana (candy), chocolate, coffee, bit of red fruit, autumn leaves. Bit bitter in taste, bit sweet. Sirupy texture. Pretty sweet maybe, and quite spicy, but the balance between the flavors is good. I enjoyed it.
