Bottle from Slijterij Groningen. Aroma is malt, caramel, nuts, almonds, yeast, dark bread, touch of dried fruits, some spicy notes, toffee and raisins. Flavour is medium sweet and light bitter. Medium bodied. Could be more complex and full, okay if unremarkable Quad.

Bottle from Slijterij Groningen. Aroma is pale malt, candied fruity notes, spicy yeast, sugary notes, honey, hint of citrus. Flavour is sugary sweetness with only a little bitterness in the finish, which brings more sweetness. Body is medium. Not my kind of Tripel with its heavy sugary sweetness.

Bottle from Beergium. Aroma is wheat, sweet banana, sweetish malt, yeast, bit candied fruits. Flavour is sugary candied sweet with a little bitterness in the finish. Body is medium. Far too sweet and candied for my taste, not for me.

Bottle from Slijterij Groningen. Aroma is sweetish malty caramel, biscuit, toffee, with only a hint of earthy and slightly resinous hops. Flavour is moderate to medium sweet and moderate bitter. Medium bodied, bit sticky. Instead of fruits and hops this ’IPA’ delivers caramel malts and toffee.

Bottle 0,33 ltr: Hazy orange colored brew with an medium sweet bitter taste. Some hints of soft sweet fruits like peach, apricot and mango, also some spices too.

0,33 l bottle from Wijnalda, Haren. Cloudy red golden in the glass, one finger short living head. Intensive barrel wood aroma with rum strength and surprising white wine elements. Taste has a lot of rum, barel wood, caramel and backing soda. Fruity alcoholic sweetness. More carbonation than expected. Interesting warming stuff.

Huge thanks to WillemsUrenkel for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass deep black, nice brown head. Roasty-malty aroma. Starts milder than exspected, roasted malty, some earthy hints as well, some wood, some chocolate. Mild vanilla. Finish well balanced, again milder than exspected. Quite drinkable. Interesting.

0,33 l bottle from slijterij Wijnalda, Haren. Murky amber in the glass, foamy one finger head. Overipe banana, caramel and some toffee on the nose. Taste has dry malt, sugar sweetness, dried fruity background. Soft bitterness. Little bit alcoholic with bitterness. Okay.

0,.33 l bottle from Slijterij Wijnalda, Haren. BB 15.06.2023, now listed with 7.0 % abv. Murky flat orange brown in the glass, nearly two finger foamy head. Intensive floral hop with citrus and black tea on the nose. Taste starts with a floral hop bitterness, malty in the background, again some black tea with citrus. Some pine and licorice. Low carbonated. Better than expected.

0,33 l bottle from Wijnalda, Haren. Balck in the glass, zero head. Smooth roasted malt on the nose. Taste is also roasted malty, vanilla. Increasing dry. Dark berryfruity. Sweet. Expected more tbh.
