For over 15 years we have been proud producers of wholemeal craft beers, all strictly unfiltered and unpasteurized.

Beer is an age-old product and we wanted to interpret it in a contemporary key, always keeping a connection with tradition.

Birra OV is crafted with the aim, indeed the duty, to maintain the organoleptic qualities, totally avoiding preservaties’ use in order to guarantee both the high quality and the customer’s satisfaction, which will always be our most important goal.

Had this months ago, thanks daniele! Dark brown, nice foamy head that stays, beautiful lacing. Aroma has some nice roast, soft. taste is also roasty, thick, chocolate and cocoa. Slightly sour alcohol feel to it, although it has only 6,2 abv. Nice.

Draught at Birratrovo, Como, April 2012
Hazy golden color; rocky head. Mild aroma of hops, a bit sweaty, cheesy. Dry mouthfell, very bitter, a bit harsh, yeasty. Rough APA, not fruity at all. Almost a British Golden Ale.

Dark amber color with red hue; medium sized frothy head. The aroma is a bit fruity and vegetable. Full bodied; good caramel and malt flavor, with raising bitterness, bitter oranges, and roasted nuts in the final.
Bold.

Dark amber color with no head. Aroma of caramel with delicate fruity and sour touch. Soft mouthfeel (no carbonation), with mild caramel flavor, light oxidisation (Marsala wine), mild acidity, elegant wood touch, and a bt vinous.
Very good Sour Ale.

At King Arthur pub Ciampino-Rome, from the hand pump. Pours vivid Amber, cloudy with a small bubbling tan head. Nose: malts, a bit of roasted. Mouth is pleasant...balanced bitterness, caramel aftertaste. Ok. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
