Dark brown hazy color. I summary, Uber umami. A touch salty, rich, chocolately with mushrooms, truffles and great depth in the mouth. Very different beer. Super rich that would go awesome with a mushroom pizza. In fact, I am having vegetarian pizza loaded with mushrooms and it matches perfectly. Excellent.

Draft @ Mi & Ti, Milano. Ambrée, col blanc. Arôme fermenté houblonné sur un léger fruité et en rtéo nasal pas mal de levure tirant sur le pâle et cara. Palais est houblonné et amer, fini léger malté, pointe d’agrumes. Alcool se ressent, note un léger côté rappelant la sève et des agrumes, possible Simcoe et Cascade. Note caramel résiduel pour une bière oscillant sur la frontière d’une IPA mais qui au final manque de convaincre. Au final, le tout n’ayant pas aidé, les gens du bar ne savaient même pas que cette bière n’était pas une bière de BQ mais de Orso Verde. Bref ....

Hazy amber color, bright, with medium sized head. The aroma is mild, there is some malt, and the wood is recognizable. The mouthfeel is weak, combined with a light sourness and very light liquorice it’s not a good mix. Low bitterness; it also has light fruitiness.

On tap at BQ Naviglio Grande, Milano, Italy. Nice dark golden coloured, medium sized white head, fruity nose. Light biscuity malty, bitter hoppy and slight grapefruity taste with rather bitter finish. Unfortunately even maybe too bitter for me.

On tap at BQ Naviglio Grande, Milano, Italy. Slight hazy golden coloured, medium sized creamy white head that went away nowhere, mild fruity nose. Toasted malt, light hoppy and fruity with orange Jaffa cakes like notes. Dry and moderate bitter finish. Nice and pleasant.
