Aroma has lots of leathery notes and floury apples. Also some urinal cake. Flavour is rather dry and leathery, also some floury apples and spicy notes. Urinal cake too. Lovely, probably the most leathery and dry cider I’ve had. The spicy notes disturb a bit though – they feel a bit like the Finnish ’punakaneli’ apple.

Bottle. Almost clear golden liquid with small white head. Aroma of apples, sweet alcohol, rubber, sugar and bread. Taste is very dry and light sour with notes of apples, tropical fruit and light sweet alcohol. Medium bodied with medium carbonation.

Bottle. Clear amber/red liquid with small white head. Aroma of apples, red berries, tropical fruit, light sweet booze and light plastic. Taste is dry and light to medium sour with notes of apples, red berries and citric acid. Medium bodied with low to medium carbonation. Quite nice.

Sample at SBWF 2012. Light pink with a minimal head. A bit sour with fruit and apples. Refreshing and dry. Nice and not too sweet.
