Bottle. Almost clear dark golden. Crisp apple, dry cellar, chalk, CO2, soft barnyard, green apple, soft caramelized apple. Just medium sweet and bitter. Almost full bodied, quite dry. Good stuff! This has a bit less residual sugars then a French West coast cider, and maybe a bit less tannins, it it's lovely stuff.

(Bottle) Golden amber colour, slightly hazy, with foamy white head. Fruity nose with notes of red apples, orange, herbs and a mild cheesey yeast aroma. Fruity taste with red apples, orange, hay, herbs and a dryish finish with a fresh acidity. Light body, mainly dry, but a slight sweetness is lurking in the background. Tasty, well made and harmonious. Very nice.
Hazy golden, very dry and tart, light sour, medium body and soft carb.

Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Almost clear golden with small but lasting head. Light funk, dry apple, quite some gooseberries, oak, leather, pine, light cheesy. Under medium sweet, bitter and our. Crisp medium bodied with sparkly carbonation. Well done.

Finally watching 📺Bladerunner 2049. Clear applejuice with lots of twig and raw mushroom. Dirty dry appleskins. Very moldy this one. Stark dry tannins. Wry&dry chipped woodjuice with light sweet beginnings and tart finish. Calippo Bospad 🐎🪵💦

Bottled (backlog). Pinkish yellow colour with minor head. Aroma is apples, mildyeast, some wood and mild ripe fruity sweetness to it. Flavour is apples (ripe ones and green ones), quite sweet along with some mild wooden and vanillaish notes. Rather dry, and also has some slight rubber notes to it.
