Bottled. Amber colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is fruity, wooden, mildly nutty notes as well as some slight earthiness. Flavour is very similar, but also has some slight bitter grassiness to it.

50cl bottle, thanks to Stu. Pours honey coloured with a nicely proportioned head, some of which hangs around. The nose has toffee and a biscuity bitterness against a barley background. The taste has more of the barley and some apples or pears. The palate is medium bodied with a creamy texture and unfortunately quite an astringent finish. Overall, a decent bitter but nothing special.

Pigs Ear. Clear amber beer, no head. Flat and semi dry, feels like a poured lager that has been left lying around for a couple of days.

On gravity at the Great Welsh Beer & Cider Festival 10/06/10. Deep amber in colour with a slight, white head. Light caramel and apricot aroma with some floral hops. Sweetish, malty flavour, with more fruit, citrus hop and a long, bitter finish. Enjoyable.
