Whew. To me, this is a return to form. Full-bodied, sweet, with the banana and clove. Rounded character. I’m happy again.

St. Nicholas Tripel is hugely fruity, with lots of peach and apricot flavours. Yaletown probably has the best lineup of seasonals in Canada and this is another example.
