Draught at the brewpub
Cloudy orange color. It has the profile of a Weizenbock, quite bold, spicy (cloves), dry, but no banana esters; and no pumpkin or "pumpkin" spices (which is positive). Pithy bitterness in the final. Deceiving beer. Ok Weizenbock.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 5 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 4 | Overall - 5

Draught at the brewpub
Clean dark amber to mahogany color. Bready aroma and flavor, it has some stale character, it's dry, and some feeling of wet cardboard.
Not very good.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5

Draught at the brewpub
Golden color, clean. The aroma is fruity, citrus peel, mild hop resins. The mouthfeel is lean, the malt base is not too sticky, the hopping is very resiny, piney, with some grapefruit peel.
Very clean classic West Coast IPA.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 5 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 4 | Overall - 5.5

Draught at the brewpub
Dark amber color, clean. Quite sharp and metallic, timid caramel flavor, relatively strong bitterness, the hops are a bit herbaceous and there may be some butter in the aroma.
It doesn't have the malt depth of an Altbier, eventually it's an ok Amber Ale.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 8

Draught at the brewpub, September 22nd 2017
Cloudy pale blond color. Aroma and flavor of crisp malts, and elegant grassy hops, although the bitterness is (correctly) on the lower end of the spectrum.
Not much to say, besides that this one of the best Kölsch to come out of BC.

4.1
Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 5 | Flavor - 4 | Texture - 2 | Overall - 3.5

Draught at the brewpub
Clean amber color with brown tone. Light caramel flavor, very dry mouthfeel, and permeating butter in aroma and flavor; some vegetable bitterness in the final. A rare flawed beer from Yaletown, very bad.

5.2
Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 5 | Texture - 4 | Overall - 5

Draught at the brewpub
Cloudy light red color with small pink head. Mild berry, and mild wheat, without the sharp acidity of the raspberry nor its tannins; non-existing bitterness.
Useless.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7

Draught at the brewpub
Cloudy blond color. Nice aroma, delicate fruity; peach, tangerine, mango. The wheat base is mildly sweet and delicate, the yeast too is mild, hence the hop has room to shine, resiny, a bit zesty, lightly piney.
Very good.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6

Draught at the brewpub
Hazy pale blond color. Delicate aroma of crisp malts and hay. Soft mouthfeel, weak but not too dry; delicate crisp malt flavor, some hay, the bitterness is a bit low, the noble hop character is subdued.
Nice, timid.

5.9
Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 5 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5

Draught at the brewpub
Pale blond color, hazy. Light bread aroma, too mild. Dry mouthfeel, rather weak; the malt base is present and delicate, the hopping has some herbaceous character, lightly grassy; more can be expected from noble hops, but this is already decent.
Pleasant, but simple Pilsner.
