bottle, bought at the brewery. Hazy golden yellow, large white head. Wonderful aroma of malt and flowery hops with a touch of yeast. Malty and yeasty, slightly hoppy. A bit thin in general, but still well-balanced and quaffable.

Sweet banana-fruity nose with a slightly sourish wheat-character; spicy phenols stay in the background. Light-sweet and sourish flavour, light bodied with a lively carbonation. Wheaty and citrus-fruity taste with distinctive notes of banana; moderately dry and sourish fruity finish with yeasty bitter notes (29.06.08).

(bottle, courtesy of Quack-Duck) Hazy, mahogany colour with a big foamy tanned head. Sweet toast-malty, earthy and nutty aroma with a light herbal hoppy blend. Sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Toast-malty, minimal yeasty and nutty taste moderately dry, sweet-bitter and slightly toasty finish. Decent unfiltered Dunkel (28.06.08).

Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Yeasty-fruity, citrousy and malty taste with a fresh mouthfeel dry-ish, slightly grainy finish with a tinge of floral and herbal hops. Well-crafted Zwickel (28.06.08).

Sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Soft malty, slightly grainy and doughy taste with shy floral hops; moderately dry and slightly bitter finish with a light but nevertheless aromatic hops character. Good (26.06.08).

An unclear yellow beer wtih a huge creamy white head. The aroma is sweet and freshly wheaty combined with light notes of citrus as well as faint hints of banana. The flavor is sweet and very wheaty, with light notes of citrus, before a powerful note of banana hits You in the aftertaste. The end is wheaty dry, while the mouthfeel is somewhat sticky - a little like mashed bananas.
