Hazy yellow with no head. Aroma had apples and pears along with phenol and grapes. Flavour was slightly dry with apples, pears and phenol. Finished slightly dry.

From tap at Lord Nelson. Pours cloudy pale yellow with a fully gone white head. Aroma is sweet and slight citrusy. CItrusy and crisp apple fruity flavoured. Slight lemonish. Vague sulphorish note. High carbonation mouthfeel. Citric finish. Vague perry like note into the far finish.

Unclear light to medium yellow color with a small, frothy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate apple, sour apple, light to moderate pear. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, fresh and dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100327]

On tap. Served warm. Pours a cloudy and opaque golden with hardly any head. Tart - almost vinegary - nose. Medium body, flat, distinctly tart apple notes with a whiff of cinnamon. The finish is astringent and again almost vinegary. Crude and hard to drink. 080110

From the Pot! Cloudy yellow colour. Strange cinnamaon applecake-like aroma and flavor. Light sweet and not very dry. Average finish. Watery palate. Curius experiment.
