14/1/2023. Bottle at the Haderslebener tasting. From Marek. Pours clear dark amber brown with a small short lasting bubbly off-white head. Aroma of malt, dark fruits, caramel, molasses, charcoal. Medium sweetness, light bitterness, touch of sour. Moderate body, oily, average carbonation.

Bottle @ Haderslebener beer tasting. Medium head with medium duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are caramel, toasted malt, hops, fruits and nuts. Light bitter and sweet finish.

Bottle, at some shitty tourist restaurant in Axum. Cloudyish. Pretty strong artificial lime aroma. Tastes like Sprite, so sugary. Lime...ish. I mean, where's the beer at?

Clear, golden colored, medium white head. Aroma is of malt, some grains, bit honey. Taste is medium sweet malt, some grain, medium quite harsh bitterness. Medium- bodied, soft carbonation. Unpleasant. (bottle, Debre Birhan, Ethiopia)
