Straw colored, completely opaque. Low head. Strong aroma of thyme and whole lot of other spices. Basically it smells like the cupboard in my mom's kitchen. The aroma has some cinamon background to it. Low bitterness, medium sweetness. Light body.

Piana drobna szybko opada, kolor mętny słomkowy, w smaku przeważa kwasowość czuć też nuty bananowe i goździkowe brak goryczki i delikatny posmak rozmarynu. Piwo pijalne.

Całkiem dobre piwko wyczuwalny aromat bananów i goździków , kwiat buz nie jest zbyt nachalny, czego się obawiałem. Piwo zaskoczyło mnie pozytywnie .Kolor jak kolor sprawa mniej ważna.

Postanowilem dzis do kaszy jeczmiennej zkosztowac piwa pszenicznego i wlasnie z Hoplaly. pachnie jak 29 cytryn, smakuje jak 29 bananow doprawione 29 gozdzikami, a piana jest nie wielka moze ma ok 2,9cm. jest metne, brazowawo-morelowe. Ej, niechcacy to polem a tu pozytywne zaskoczenie. W sensie bez cudow z intensywnoscia czy soczystoscia, ale zupelnie prawilna, owocowa, faktycznie NE ipka. Mocno slodka. Spoko jest, 3.4 ciut naciagane, ale niech ma browar wyklety :)

Keg at the Taps, Warsaw, 14/07/19. Lightly hazed orange with a decent white head. Nose is breads, straw, orange peel, light herb. Taste comprises toasted grains, light bread dough, yeast, clove, orange rind. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok hefe.
