Keg at the Warsaw beer fest 2017. 08/04/2017. A hazed pale yellow coloured pour with a lasting thin white head. Aroma is nice tropical fruit, citrus, mango and passion fruit. Flavour is composed of tart lemon, salty, floral citrus, sour lacto. Clean pithy citrus sour Palate is sour, moderate carbonation. Good stuff.

Keg at the Warsaw beer fest. Pours mostly clear yellowwi Th a big, foamy white head. The aroma holds tangy lemon, light funk, dried wheat. Light sweet flavour with mellow acidity, more lemon, pale grains, hay. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Balanced finish, somewhat quenching, with further lemon, hay, a little grapefruit. Refreshing beer.

Keg at the Warsaw beer fest. Pours hazy orange-gold with s frothy, pillowy off-white head. The nose holds zesty citrus, wheat flakes, lemon peel. Light-medium sweet flavour with mellow pine needle bitterness, grapefruit, a little dough. Light bodied with massaging carbonation. Finishes with pithy and zesty citrus, more grapefruit, hay, doughy wheat bread. Nice one.

Keg at the Warsaw beer fest. Pours black-brown with a tight, lasting creamy tan head. Great smokey aroma, light peat, cocoa. Medium sweet flavour with further peat smoke, pleasant chocolatey, low bitterness, a little cured ham. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Nicely balanced finish, lingering peat and smoke, more balanced chocolate. I’m a big fan.
