Butelka 0.5l. Barwa ciemno brunatna z rubinowymi refleksami. Piana bezowa, drobna, gesta, trwala i ladnie krazkujaca. Aromat intensywny, cytrusy na pierwszym planie, nieco w tle slod palony, prazony slonecznik, kwintesencja CDA jednym slowem. Goryczka grapefruitowa na w miare wysokim poziomie, przyjemnie dluga i moze ciut zalegajaca z delikatnym, palonym posmakiem. Piwo lekko wytrawne ale bardzo gladkie i delikatne, swietnie pijalne. Bardzo dobra black IPA z dominacja chmieli amerykanskich i gladkoscia stouta owsianego.

Dark opaque beer with red reflexes. ENORMOUS head. Malty aroma, with hints of cherry, alcohol and grass or herbs. A bit of cardboard. Also some caramel. Very sweet, lightly bitter. Very thick and smooth texture.

Amber colored, slightly cloudy beer with medium head. Citruses in aroma, bubble gum, grapefruit. High bitterness and sweetness. Full body, very live carbonated, astringent.

Bottle, 6.4%. Farty aroma at first, but later there are moderately refreshing hops. Cloudy grey amber colour. Small frothy white head. The flavour has a pleasant clove note and a less pleasant, slightly astringent, bitterness. Yeasty finish with more clove. If it is a Belgian ale, then it is definitely a hoppy one. Very low carbonation, unfortunately.

Bottle. Pours hazy amber with small, bubbly off-white head. Clear aroma of fruit, malt and yeast, with some flowery and hoppy hints. Dusty and malty flavour with notes of yeast and fruit and touches of hops and allspice. Estery aftertaste. Hardly any carbonation. Funky but not really exciting.

Draft sample @ Warszawski Festiwal Piwa 2015. Dorée trouble, col épais blanc-cassé. Arôme est houblonné assez fleuri rappelant les grandes lignes nobles avec un malt pâle et pils. Palais est belge dans l’approche, surtout avec la levure. Houblonné agrumes avec une note de feuille verte, fleuri, épice venant de la levure en fin de bouche,e t un malté pils, pâle. Le houblonné style IPA perce en fin de bouche ajoutant un petit côté exotique.

Draft sample @ Warszawski Festiwal Piwa 2015. Ambrée, brune foncée au col crémeux café au lait. Arôme est houblonné, avec un agréable bouquet malté caramel, grillé et un rétro d’agrumes. Palais est malté grillé avec un superbe profil houblonné agrumes, un peu sec sur la fin avec une once de chocolat. Le tout donne un petit cachet terreux sur une pointe épicée des grains, pamplemousse et pomello .

Draft sample @ Warszawski Festiwal Piwa 2015. Dorée, col blanc crémeux. Arôme est fruité tirant sur un léger ananas malt modéré en rétro. Palais garde un profil centré sur le fruité, je note pas mal d’ananas, pointe herbacée et un malt sec pils. Belle présence tropicale avec un fini fruité vert de citronnelle voire de lichee.

Draft sample @ Warszawski Festiwal Piwa 2015. Cuivrée trouble, col blanc-cassé. Arôme fruité de cerise, pointe de suret, brett et funk, léger malt pils et fin caramel. Palais offre un léger profil cerise suret surtout au niveau des bretts ajoutés et peu en provenance du fruité à proprement parlé. Fini est râpeux avec une pointe malté pâle. Bière étant dans le style Flanders Red par le brasseur, ici je ne retrouve pas vraiment le style.

Draft sample @ Warszawski Festiwal Piwa 2015. Dorée, col épais crémeux blanc. Arôme offre un bouquet superbement bien dosé sur le niveau du café ace un rétro houblonné de Nelson fort agréable et conservant son caractère typique. Palais est génial au niveau de l’arrangement des saveurs. Retrouve une note épicé venant peut-être du café, avec l’amertume perdurant et fruitée du Nelson. Le café se prolonge bien en fin de bouche avec une petite touche de levure. Innovante, sympa et le genre de bière qui manque clairement au paysage belge.
