Description
Piwo warzymy z oddaniem i radością popartymi wiedzą i doświadczeniem. Chcielibyśmy aby każdy miłośnik piwa czerpał przyjemność z ich degustacji. Naszą inspiracją jest zarówno prostota jak i złożoność piw belgijskich, które uważamy za najwyższy kunszt sztuki piwowarskiej.

Draught. Nose is grapefruit with some resin. Fruity aroma, of apricot, with much of American hops. Amber colour, beautiful thick head with good lacing. Light sweetness, medium bitterness. Easy to drink, intensive, interesting - a great beer.

Bottle @ Ministerstwo Browaru Pub. Pours cloudy nearly black with stable light tan head. Clear aroma of hops and citrus, with grassy notes. Bitter, hoppy flavour, with roasty notes and touches of citrus and needles. Mild, bitter aftertaste. Low carbonation. Really decent stuff.

Bottle, 6.0%. Teaish, piney, and slightly spicy hop aroma. Cloudy, muddy brown colour. Very small head. The flavour is nicely hoppy. Mildish hoppiness, but still flavourful and clean. OK maltiness, but the focus is on the hops. Flavourful yet quaffable.

Bottle. Pours hazy full amber with small off-white head. Clear aroma of hops with notes of malt and fruit. Bitter, hoppy flavour with a hint of yeast and fruit. Bitter and citric finish, slightly rough. Subtle hints of metal in the finish. Not bad but tastes more like an IPA than an Amber Ale.

Bottle, 5.3%. Rather citric aroma, lactic. Seemingly clear dark brown colour. Small stable light brown head. Citric flavour, lactic and fruity. Not what I expected from a Dunkelweizen.

Bottle @ Zentraleuropäischer Wahnsinn 2. Pours hazy darkish copper brown with quickly dosappearing, light tan head. Slightly roasty aroma with notes of malt and fruit. Sour flavour with spicy notes and mild, fruity touch. Tastes like sth must have gone wrong. Not good. Off?

Bottle, 5.3%. Good refreshing hop aroma. Cloudy yellow colour. Small white head. The flavour starts off with a mild aromatic hoppiness. Then comes a good citrus note, also some yoghurty acidity. I like hoppy wheat beers, but more hops, please.
